They are manufactured in 6063-T6 for moderate wear applications and 6061-T6 when higher hardness and sliding contact wear resistance are needed. Dimensional and straightness tolerances are critical: straightness ≤ 0.3 mm/m and profile tolerance ≤ ±0.10 mm are required to ensure smooth, repeatable linear motion.
