Disipadores de Calor
Extruded aluminum profiles with thermal dissipation fins for power electronics, LED lighting, converters, and variable frequency drives. 6063-T5 alloy with optimized thermal conductivity.
Extruded aluminum heat sinks are the most efficient and economical solution for thermal management in power electronics and lighting. Extrusion enables complex geometries with multiple high-aspect-ratio fins (height/thickness up to 20:1), maximizing heat transfer area. They are preferably manufactured in 6063-T5 alloy for its excellent thermal conductivity (≥ 200 W/m·K), superior extrudability for thin fins, and good surface finish for device contact. For applications requiring higher mechanical strength (structural heat sinks, converter housings), 6061-T6 is used with a slight reduction in thermal conductivity. Transformación Puebla's 6063 alloy bars are formulated to maximize thermal conductivity while maintaining the mechanical properties required by the T5 temper.
