Extruded rectangular and square aluminum tubes combine aluminum's lightness with the geometric advantages of rectangular sections: flat surfaces for bolted joints, optimized moment of inertia in the primary load direction, and ease of assembly. They are manufactured in 6063-T5 (general use, decorative finish), 6005-T5 (intermediate strength for transportation), and 6061-T6 (maximum structural strength) alloys. Sizes range from 20x10 mm to 200x100 mm with wall thicknesses from 1.2 to 8.0 mm. Alloy bars produced by Transformación Puebla ensure the precise chemical composition and homogeneous metallurgical structure required for well-defined corners, uniform thicknesses, and consistent mechanical properties throughout the extruded tube length.
