Solid round extruded aluminum bars are the base product for the machining and CNC turning industry. They are supplied in 6061-T6 alloy for applications requiring high mechanical strength, excellent machinability, and hard anodizing response (shafts, pistons, bushings, connectors), or in 6063-T5 when surface finish and formability are prioritized (decorative parts, hardware, electronic components). Transformación Puebla's bars are produced from aluminum with chemical composition controlled by optical emission spectrometry, ensuring each heat meets the narrow composition bands that T6 temper requires to achieve specified mechanical properties. Available in diameters from 6 to 300 mm with h9 standard or h11 tolerances as required, in lengths from 3.0 to 6.0 meters.
