Round aluminum tubes in 6063-T5 and 6061-T6 alloys, with diameters from 10 to 300 mm and wall thicknesses from 1.0 mm. Suitable for structural, conduit, and precision applications.
Extruded round aluminum tubes are the most versatile tubular product, used in applications ranging from architectural railings to precision pneumatic and hydraulic systems. The circular section offers the highest strength-to-weight ratio and is ideal for torsion and internal pressure loads. They are manufactured in 6063-T5 alloy for architectural and low-medium load applications (railings, furniture, conduit tubing), and in 6061-T6 for structural and pressure applications (hydraulic systems, bicycle frames, aeronautical components). Transformación Puebla's bars enable tube extrusion with excellent concentricity and wall uniformity, critical for pressure applications where thickness variation compromises system integrity. Available in mill finish, anodized, or powder-coated.
